Preorder & Production Timeline

Please note that all orders placed through our website are preorder items. We do not guarantee immediate availability or ready-to-ship inventory.

Because each order goes through a production and preparation process, production typically takes approximately 4–5 months from the date your order is placed.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree that your item is being purchased as a preorder and that the estimated production timeline is 4–5 months before the item is ready to ship.

Shipping After Production

Once production is completed and your order is ready, we will prepare it for shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier, customs processing, and other factors outside of our control.

Order Updates

We will do our best to keep customers informed regarding the status of their preorder. However, production timelines are estimates and may be affected by manufacturing schedules, quality control, material availability, or carrier delays.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If your shipping address changes during the preorder production period, please contact us as soon as possible so we can update your order before shipment.

International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delays

While our standard production estimate is 4–5 months, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. These may include supplier delays, production issues, customs inspections, shipping carrier delays, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances.
